This is the last scheduled refresh before the store opens. Action: confirm final turnover walk and opening-day readiness with Ops and the GC.

Prudential Center & Country Club Plaza — Both 8wk XF notices issued Mon Sep 21. Both dates had held through ten-plus consecutive re-reads, so the turnover windows are firm: Prudential H/O Nov 16 / GO Nov 20, Country Club Plaza H/O Nov 16 / GO Nov 20. Action: confirm Ops readiness has actually kicked off for both, and that Country Club Plaza’s compressed turnover (the −7d pull-in logged Sep 16) is tracking with the GC.

Broadway Plaza — Next 8wk XF notice: Mon Oct 5, 11 days out — the only notice inside 30 days. Grand Opening Dec 4 still carries the cumulative +42 to +45d of back-half slip logged in late August and early September; Construction Start (Jun 15) and GC Substantial Completion (Nov 27) have held every cycle since. Action: confirm the turnover plan between GC SC and H/O, where the entire push sits.

Americana at Brand — Largest overrun in the portfolio (+$658K). The store opened Aug 14 on the revised dates following the late-permit slip. Action: close out the project financially and confirm the final cost position with Finance.

Mall at Millenia — Schedule is settled on the accelerated 2027 path pulled in at v2.1.267 (Construction Start Feb 1, GC SC Jun 4, H/O Jun 4, Grand Opening Jun 10, all 2027) and has not moved since. Budget figures are still pending. Action: provide Finance Approved and current contracted amounts so the card can come off placeholder values.

Bellevue Square & Brickell — Both remain Tier-2, sourced from parent rows in the 2027 Pipeline master; neither has graduated to its own schedule sheet. Bellevue’s +32 to +34d slip (first seen Sep 14) is now confirmed on a fourteenth independent pull and is settled. Neither project has an 8wk XF row in the master, so those countdowns show TBD. Note: the Smartsheet sheet-name search is declined on every unattended run, so graduation to Tier-1 can only be inferred from their still being parent-row blocks. Approving that one search for scheduled runs would close the last standing gap.

Schedule movement this refresh — None. 0 changes across a complete 20-of-20 cycle, the third clean full cycle in a row. Every milestone on every project was re-read from its own source and matched its stored value exactly. All four standalone “Construction Substantial Completion” rows (Broadway Plaza, Woodbury Commons, Mall at Millenia, Ala Moana) were re-derived directly rather than carried forward, and Country Club Plaza’s Construction Start was re-verified at Aug 3 from the Construction task. No positional mapping was used anywhere.

Housekeeping — XF countdowns corrected — The per-card “days out” figures had drifted, each frozen at whichever cycle last edited that card: Americana still read “18 days out” for a notice issued Jun 15, Las Vegas North Outlets read “Due today” for Jul 27, and Seaport read “8 days ago” for Aug 24. The underlying milestone dates were always correct — only the countdown text was stale. All of them have been recomputed against today, and the “due within 30 days” tile drops from 3 to 1 now that the Sep 21 pair has issued.
